I'm working on finishing the instruction booklet & setting up a simple ecommerce site so that I can take and fulfill orders. Once that is done, a pretty big moment will have arrived:
For the first time in thirty years, authentic, high-performance aura goggles will once again be on the market.

Hello Tom,
We have your order done however we did go a bit over the 10% overages and produced 1250 tops+ bottoms. Will you take the difference of the 1100, which is 150, at a reduced price of $.98/each set which would be additional $147.00?

Please let me know as soon as you can so we can send this pallet to you. Also is the delivery address a business? Do you have a loading dock or forklift?

PranaView Box Final Art

PranaView release is approaching…

I signed off on the final art for the PranaView boxes last week. They are at the printer’s and are now in production. It took several more rounds of revisions, and hence time, than I planned, but that’s life in the big city.

(pdf)

The box is a telescoping laminated pasteboard box with top and bottom. The colors will be a little less fiery when the die lines are trimmed and the box is folded.

The twelve petal lotus can be taken as symbolic of the heart, or Anahata chakra. Some Hindu systems also denote one of the head chakras (the "Guru" chakra,) as having twelve petals. The head center would be associated with enlightenment, the heart with love, of course.

The Third Eye, or Ajna chakra, is depicted as having two petals. Although the Ajna center is usually thought of as connected with astral-etheric (i.e., aura,) vision, I thought it best to let the artist follow her inspiration.

After all, an awakened Heart is as necessary for true clairvoyance as an awakened Third Eye. Love leavens the Light of the mind in balance.

The artist is Jennifer Powell, JenniferPowellArt.com

I think the boxes look pretty nice.

Here is a lecture compiled by J.J.Williamson of the Metaphysical Research Society about Seeing the Aura. It was originally presented in 1954, and updated in 1957.

There are many interesting details about aura vision, Kilnascrene, aura filters and goggles, and aura photography. A fascinating read.

I have some good news to report: the contract for the boxes is in progress, so I am projecting an availability of my new aura goggles, called PranaView, the week of March 22, 2010.

Over the next few weeks, I'm going to be posting some of the material that I'm developing to be provided with PranaView?, as a public preview of the possibilities that I see in this new goggle. What I have now is an introduction to PranaView, which I have uploaded as a .pdf file. If you need to get the .pdf Acrobat reader, it is free from Adobe.

This is fun!

Kilnascrene

A few months ago a colleague lent me a pair of authentic Kilnascrene, made by Harry Boddington. They are by far the best pair of aura goggles I have ever encountered. Using them I have seen all the phenomena of the aura reported by Kilner, Bagnall, and Boddington. I can see streamers, particles, layers, colors, and energy flow. I can apparently effect this flow by thinking about it.

Here are the famous Kilnascrene goggles, which are currently the focus of my research.

And here is a never before published graph of the transmission spectrum of a Kilnascrene.

Click the graph for the generating data.

A full treatment of the Kilnascrene is available at Kilnascrene Closeup.

I am now engaged in trying to emulate the Kilnascrene with the right combination of glass filters. This is trickier than it may at first seem.

Scary, huh?

Yours truly, decked out in a pair of Harry Boddington's Kilnascrene, circa 1937. And they work well, too!
